Sons of the American Revolution, that means that to join, you had to have somebody in your family, now your father's side, your mother's side, that supported the American Revolution. You look at the American flag in a different way, you know, when you know that there's people in your family that help fight to establish that. It's just, I mean, it's pride. Many of our ancestors nominally fought and died, but they lost their fortunes. And if we can't be proud of those that formed this country, you know, what are we supposed to be proud of? Patriotism, I always think of my father who was a Marine back in the early just after the First World War. And what he taught me about patriotism was that you have to be able to stand up for what you believe, you have to know what it is that you believe in, you have to be able to tell other people what you believe. I've seen what the rest of the world is like, we have to be proud of what we are and what we, you know, what we've made this country. So being a hero, being a patriot is not necessarily putting on a uniform, carrying a gun, shooting it at a fellow human. It's serving the purpose that you feel is important for the future of the country. I was born in Lithuania and CONUS, and the Second World War came and my parents fled.
